Got extensive training in selection and development of personnel & their development over different career paths through their jobs along where needed & pioneered a unique personnel data management program for Pak Army with a theme to streamline the humongous data at different selection centers for research and analysis

PMCL / Mobilink (a subsidiary of Orascom Telecom of Egypt) Vice President HR/Admin/QA/Legal.
As Head of HR, Administration, Quality Assurance, and Legal Affairs at Mobilink, Pakistan’s largest GSM operator, I was second to the President for administrative matters and led process re-engineering and quality assurance. I also served as the main resource for Orascom Telecom’s subsidiaries in Algeria, Tunisia, Jordan, and Cairo.
